When everyone learns to sing in harmony, they get a crash course in teamwork – and that’s what you can expect from our corporate team building days. But maybe you want to draw a different lesson from the experience...so we’ve developed an alternative:
Leadership & Tenacity Days
Don’t worry, you still get to sing and record your own company CD! But instead of letting our singing tutors guide you step by step, we’ll give you the task and take a step back.
So we’re laying down the challenge:
Can your people transform themselves into a 3 or 4 part harmony choir?
You can bring up to 100 delegates, so don’t expect an easy ride! You’ll start the day with a brief, and as a team you’ll assign your own task leaders. They’ll choose a song, master harmonies and (one way or the other) get the whole gang up to recording standard.
It’s great fun. But the pressure is on!
Of course we’re not cutting you loose altogether. We’re there to observe the whole time, and we’ll offer support when it’s needed. Plus we’ll run a de-brief at the end of the session – thorough, but always constructive.
A day that’s full of surprises
You never know who’s going to shine when you raise the bar like this. Chances are, you’ll untap hidden talents as natural leaders emerge. It’s a great way for senior managers to observe their teams and plan for the future.
