Sing & Inspire must rank as the brightest training and teambuilding company in the UK

This page is all about us. Don't worry, we won't bombard you with every last thing we've done! But we've jotted down all the stuff you'll (probably) want to know before we sit down to chat over training and team building plans...

So who (or what) is Sing & Inspire?

We're a team of singers, voice coaches and NLP trainers based here in sunny Cardiff. We roam the flat and steep bits of Wales as well as the M4 Corridor, meeting companies, charities, public bodies...and injecting our passion for teamwork, music, people and customer service!

Sometimes we do it through team building, turning companies into choirs. And sometimes we do it through training, using voice and message as tools for improving service and resolving conflict.

How it all began...

It started in November 2008 When Andrea Beardshaw and Georgina Jones called on their singing and customer service backgrounds to support Wales' voice-heavy industries. The duo set up Sing & Inspire, working with sales people, executives and call centre staff.

The core message has always been morale, vocal health and communication. And the result has always been business improvement – whatever that means to each client.

Since those (not so long ago) early days, Sing & Inspire has expanded. We've been the subject of a BBC Planet Wales documentary, won an Arts & Business Cymru Award...and best of all we're still working hand in hand with our favourite clients!
