Meet Andrea Beardshaw
Andrea is a classically trained musician who’s been teaching music for over 20 years – and since 2000, she’s been a leading Voice Coach in the Welsh music industry. She’s taught people who’ve appeared in the West End and on Broadway, as well as chart successes and finalists from Britain’s Got Talent and The X Factor.
She’s also managed bands, composed music in collaboration with a host of producers, and has her own independent label, RedBetty Records.
And somehow she still manages to practice what she teaches!
Originally trained as an opera singer, Andrea has been singing professionally for the last 16 years. She’s performed jazz and original music, as a solo artist, session singer and with various bands – including her own band Rococo Nice (look out for the new album, coming soon!)
But Sing and Inspire is about more than music, and Andrea also spent 4 years in management with the Centrica Group. Building on this experience, she’s incorporated business and people management skills into her voice teaching methods - developing a unique coaching style that builds confidence and creates positive change in people’s lives.
Sing and Inspire began when Andrea and George realised the business benefits of this motivational training - not to mention their vocal health training, a system that’s so badly needed in voice heavy industries.
By combining over 30 years experience in the worlds of music and business, George and Andrea now have a proven formula for transforming your people and helping them to work together in harmony.
